With my Yangtze expedition fast approaching, life has been crazy busy! So I thought I’d share some of my routine with you guys, so you can get an idea of what I’ve been up to over the past few weeks.

Ash held his World First Expedition announcement at The Pagination in Canary Wharf on Wednesday 7th March 2018.

On Wednesday, Ash Dykes launched his expedition to the world in style.

After over 12 months of planning, organising and developing, Ash and the team are incredibly excited to finally announce Ash's next World First record-breaking expedition to the world.
